everything was just fine, except the crowd near the hotel

internet wifi connection should be added to the rooms facilities , since the room price is little bit above the standard

Thy did not konow that we have reservation and thy did not provide the reserved 3 bedrooms , but they solve the problem .

Staff was really good and caring, attended to the requests immediately..

The toiletts are without locks..Definitley not good for families..even after telling the staff, could not be repaired..

It was a bad choice. I checked in at 15:00 hrs and I checked out after mid night.

Car parking is not available. I had to park in the landscape and walk on the mude. Most of the toilet fittings are not in good condition. You can't take a good shower in any of the 3 bathrooms in this apartment. Windows glass is very dirty.

That the Hotel is quiet and comfortable and is good for families.

Expensive drinks that can be buoght from the hotel

Located in the middle of Juffair. It has ample parking nearby and is walking distance to a couple of (very average) restaurants and bars.

The apartments are large but poorly decorated. They are not clean, nor modern and have very few facilities. Check in was complicated. I had requested and paid for a 4 bed apartment, but it only had 3 beds. It took us 48 hours to get this rectified and then they tried to charge extra. It also took me 24 hours and 4 attempts to get extra towels for the 4th person. I would not stay again. There are better places in the same area.

Restaurant waiter was very friendly and offered good/attentive service.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is very convenient and staff is friendly. Bed is huge and comfortable but no sofa in living room.

The toilet is small, no bath only a very small shower and towels are old. The kitchen is large but is not equipped with the minimum: no dishes, pots and utensils, there is a microwave but no kettle.

Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff. Prompt service with maximum assistance.

No kids channel on tv. Very limited kitchen utensils for self catering.

the central location

had to pay for the internet, as the price per night was expensive for what it was. I think they should have free internet.the swimming pool was locked the gym room was smelly and not clean.the kitchen has very few utensils has to ask for A kettle, the bathroom was not that clean and the towels and pillow cases had A unclean smell about them.

I knew nothing of the hotel but did like the price. The surrounding grounds were unkept but the hotel and rooms itself were clean and livable.

The distance from downtown. This had nothing to do with the hotel.

Friendly staff and location is quite

Poor facility, empty apartment with no much furnitures. Kitchen has no single spoon, but needs to request. The Breakfast was fair if not poor, but would recommend it for budget group as for sleeping only. Gym, Swimming Pool, Steam bath and Sauna were at the other buidling, where you need to walk our of your buidling and cross the parking to there, where none of above facilities were working.
